Coastal/Marine Environmental Project Manager
Seeking experienced Project Manager for our Coral Gables, FL office to manage coastal/marine/waterfront projects and process required permits. Responsibilities will include overseeing/completing environmental impact assessments, code compliance reviews, and other technical analyses in coordination with other professional design/consulting team members, as well as expediting regulatory permits for development projects in Florida and the Caribbean. Candidate must have Master’s degree in related field such as Marine Biology / Ecology / Geology / Affairs, Coastal / Civil / Structural Engineering, Coastal Zone Management/Planning, or Environmental Science and at least 3 years of experience (or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of experience). Florida-based experienced is preferred. Experience reading architectural/engineering plans and an interest in development/environmental law are a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Human Resources/Office Manager
Seeking experienced Human Resources/Office Manager for an engineering and environmental consulting firm in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities will include implementing human resources policies, procedure and practices, including HR compliance and recruiting functions. Responsibilities also include a variety of office management, operational development and risk management functions. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience, inclusive of 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or Manager. Supervisory experience, architectural/engineering firm experience, and PHR or SPHR preferred. Candidate must have extensive relationship management experience. EOE.
