Marine Structural Engineer
Coastal Systems is actively seeking a Marine Structural Engineer to join our Coral Gables, Florida (Miami area) office. We are seeking a self-motivating candidate with structural engineering experience in the coastal/waterfront environment, who is looking to grow into a Project Manager position. Candidate must have strong written and communication skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplined teams. Marine structures experience with piers, heavy marine foundations, marinas, and bulkheads preferred. Candidate needs to have the ability to coordinate and potentially manage medium to large scale projects in all phases of engineering design including field investigations, preliminary designs, regulatory approvals, final design, development of contract documents, and construction administration. Coastal/Marine Environmental Project Manager
Coastal Systems International is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Coral Gables, FL office to manage coastal/marine/waterfront projects and process required permits (relative to JCP and ERP permitting). Responsibilities will include coordination with environmental agencies and professional design/consulting team members; processing federal, state, and county environmental regulatory permits; code compliance reviews; conducting marine resource assessments; writing environmental impact assessments, and other technical analyses for development projects in Florida and the Caribbean. Candidate must have a Master's degree in related field such as Marine Biology / Ecology / Geology / Affairs, Coastal / Civil / Structural Engineering, Coastal Zone Management/Planning, or Environmental Science and at least 3 years of experience (or Bachelor's plus 5 years of experience). Florida-based experienced is preferred. Candidate must also be SCUBA certified, and posses excellent communication skills, technical writing skills, and experience reviewing architectural / engineering plans. Human Resources/Office Manager
Seeking experienced Human Resources/Office Manager for an engineering and environmental consulting firm in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities will include implementing human resources policies, procedure and practices, including HR compliance and recruiting functions. Responsibilities also include a variety of office management, operational development and risk management functions. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Engineering/Environmental Company, located in Coral Gables, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support Project Managers. Administrative duties will include preparing proposals, correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets as well as coordination of schedules, meetings and travel arrangements.
