Condominium Development, Florida
Coastal Systems International, Inc. provided consulting
engineering services for the 360 Condominium Development
in North Bay Village, Florida. The development consists
of 414 luxury waterfront condominium residences on 6.8
acres. Coastal Systems provided the following services:
 Regulatory
permits were secured from local, state and federal agencies
including the South Florida Water Management District
(SFWMD). Mitigation design for impacts from the bulkhead
were also coordinated on behalf of the developer by designing
an off-site riprap embankment at a local County Park.
Services for the project included full engineering design,
regulatory permitting and construction administration
for all civil engineering and waterfront components.
