Located in the historic South Beach district of
Miami Beach, The Courts of South Beach encompasses three
city blocks between 1st and 2nd Streets and Alton Road
and Washington Avenue. This 400-unit, multi-family condominium
project features such amenities as racquetball courts,
an olympic-sized swimming pool, a day care center and
retail shops.
 Coastal
Systems International, Inc. provided site-civil engineering
services for infrastructure development including all
water, sewer, drainage, storm-water runoff, and permitting
needed to initiate construction. In addition, Coastal
Systems provided condominium graphic documents and sales
and marketing brochures.
