The Parkshore is a 35-story building within easy walking
distance of Lincoln Road Mall and South Beach's Deco District.
It is part of the "up-scaling" plan for Miami
Beach's rental market. The civil engineering team designed
water and sewer plans to illustrate size, slopes, and
details of the waste water collection system, location
of water distribution points, and location of fire lines
to service the proposed structures.
Plans were provided for the floor drains of the pool deck
area. Paving, grading, and drainage designs identified
the proposed grades, slopes and flow characteristics of
the stormwater management system. In addition, Coastal Systems International, Inc. conducted a site evaluation
and designed the repairs for a 180’ wall.
