Coastal systems International,
Inc. designed, inspected, permitted and supervised the
construction of a new parking garage an d
retail shops as part of the South Beach Area Redevelopment
project. Existing conditions of the site required a
new design approach and reconstruction efforts for specific
areas. Coastal Systems provided Civil Engineering services,
which included the successful implementation of recommended
improvements to the Storm Water Management System, Water
Main Extension, Sanitary Services, and off-site areas.
