Mr. Sasso, as President and Founder of the Coastal Systems companies, directs corporate growth and oversees execution of the strategic vision for the corporations. With a perceptive eye for tourism and investment opportunities he has positioned his companies at the forefront of the current expansive resort-development market, driven by retiring boomers. Consistently on the cutting edge, Mr. Sasso has coordinated waterfront community revitalization, ground-floor elite resort developments, and design-build of multi-million dollar marina/port development projects.
Mr. Sasso, with over 25 years of experience, was formally trained in the field of coastal/hydraulic engineering, which has been his basis for recognizing and implementing waterfront development opportunities. Mr. Sasso founded Coastal Systems International, Inc., currently with a staff in excess of fifty-five, specializing in the areas of environmental regulation, engineering design, planning, remote development and financial management. Mr. Sasso has a reputation for a strategic approach to growth solutions that empowers clients to own their future. His team has participated on a significant number of waterfront resort-development projects involving beach improvements, marina villages, cruise-ship piers and the creation of waterfront parks. More recently, this team has been involved in the creation of major cargo ports within the Caribbean.
