Kevin A. Goldstein
Kevin Goldstein manages all aspects of large-scale international development projects in the Caribbean Region. Mr. Goldstein specifically coordinates the development of business plans, creation of site plans, architecture and engineering, environmental and regulatory approvals, marketing efforts, legal document production, and construction. Mr. Goldstein has project-based experience in both the United States and in the Caribbean Region and significant experience in the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for development projects.
Mr. Goldstein has an extensive knowledge of coastal biology and marine processes, and has participated in the design and engineering process of numerous coastal, civil and environmental engineering projects. He has specific experience in the development and implementation of environmental best management practices for marina operation. He is also a certified diver and has led marine environmental assessments and has experience in scoping/managing a variety of fieldwork projects.
Additional experience before joining Coastal Systems includes working for the U.S. Federal government (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) in the development of marine policy and participation in multiple international assessments of the marine and coastal environment (as a nongovernmental participant in the United Nations consultative process). Mr. Goldstein also has experience in the development and facilitation of public/private partnerships.
