Labadee, Haiti
 Coastal Systems International Inc. provided engineering and construction management services for the site expansion at Royal Caribbean's private island destination in Labadee, Haiti. The site improvements were needed to accommodate Royal Caribbean's new 3,600 passenger Voyager-class cruise ships. Coastal Systems provided the full range of design and construction services for the following improvements:
- Tender docking facility and associated dredging
- Two new beaches with coastal structures
- Mooring buoys for the cruise ship
- Water treatment (R/O) and distribution
- Sewage collection and package treatment plants
- Electrical generation (diesel)
Coastal Systems also provided project management services during the rehabilitation of existing and new construction of the following facilities:
- Dining facilities
- Dive shop
- Restrooms
- Accommodations
- Artisans market
- Bars
- Staff accomodations
Coastal Systems provided construction management services with on-site management, project accounting, scheduling, coordination with designers, logistical support, and served as owner's representative.
